Those are quite interesting! What does the Spiral consist of? Rabbit with Hot Apple Jelly sounds good to me. Where on earth do you find white asparagus?
I have no idea, but it's certainly beautiful, isn't it? I think gourmet stores would have white asparagus, and if not, go to France, they're bound to carry it. ;-)
